6. Customer Instructions

Customers must not instruct or pressure an assigned driver to violate traffic laws, drive dangerously, exceed lawful speed limits or perform any unlawful activity.

Drivers may refuse instructions that reasonably appear unsafe or unlawful.

7. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, including mobile phones, money, jewellery, luggage, documents and other valuables during a journey.

If an item is believed to have been left behind, customers should contact Call For Driver as soon as possible. We may make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the item, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.

8. Independent Arrangements With Drivers

Driver contact details may be shared where necessary for completing an official booking.

If a customer and driver subsequently make an independent arrangement outside the official Call For Driver booking process, such an arrangement may not constitute a Call For Driver booking.

Company booking records, support and other benefits associated with an officially confirmed service may therefore not apply to that independent arrangement.
